So i was trying delid my cpu and it went so bad and i destroyed my cpu.

But anyways thats not what i wanna ask about what i wanna ask about cooling my new cpu which will be a 6700k now im gonna overclock it so im worried about the temps so i will buy a thermaltake water 3.0 ultimate 360mm AIO cooler thats because its the only 360mm cooler i can find here now i have some questions i wanna ask about first im gonna remove the pre-installed fans and install new ones in push-pull configuration so which one should i use

1-Corsair Air Series SP120 High Performance Edition High Static Pressure Fan Case

2-Corsair Air Series AF120 Performance Edition High Airflow Fan

3-Cooler Master Silencio FP 120 Case Fan

4-Cooler Master JetFlo 120 120mm LED Case Fan (White)

5-Thermaltake Riing 12 High Static Pressure 120mm LED Case Fan (Red)

6-ZALMAN ZM-LED(SF) F3 120mm Blue LED Fan

7-Cooler Master 120mm SickleFlow X Fan (blue, Red)

8-NZXT FN V2 120mm Performance Case Fan

9-Thermaltake Pure S 12 LED Fan

So which one of these fans should i get for push pull configuration and which one should i get as normal case fans

Second question is about 140mm and 200 mm fans

140mm:

1-NZXT FX V2 140 140mm Radiator Optimized Fan

2-Corsair Air Series SP140 LED Red High Static Pressure Fan Case

3-CRYORIG XT140 140mm PWM Case Fan

4-Thermaltake Riing 14 High Static Pressure LED Case Fan (Red)

200mm:

1-NZXT FZ 200mm LED Fan (white, Blue, Red)

2-Cooler Master MegaFlow 200 LED Silent Fan (red)

So which one should i get as a case fan in terms of both 200mm and 140mm

Now my third question is about thermal compound should i use the pre-installed thermal compound that comes with the thermaltake AIO or should i get a different thermal compound like

1-Cooler Master HTK-002 High Performance Thermal Compound

2-CRYORIG CP7 CRYO-PASTE Thermal Pasta

3-Cooler Master IC Value V1 Thermal Conductivity Compound

Forth i wanna know should i use a fan control to connect the fans or just use the fan headers in the motherboard

We have only one type of fan control over here which is NZXT Sentry 3 Touch Screen Fan Controller

Final question and this is unrelated to cooling

Im going to get a new hdd for storage my data now is about 2 tb so im gonna go future proof and buy a 6 tb one so i have two options and idk which is the best

1-Toshiba X300 6TB 128MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s Internal Hard Drive HDD

2-Seagate ST6000DM001 6TB 7200 SATA 6Gb/s Desktop Internal Hard Drive HDD

Thanks a lot and sorry for the long post

get a kraken x61

put noctua fans on them

done.

for case fans, get fractal design or noctuas.

for thermal paste, get the cooler master one.

for hard drive, get a WD 6TB.

so you always want to have fans that are the size of your radiator because you dont want gaps between the fans and the radiator. the radiator you have isnt very dense meaning airflow optimised fans are better than static pressure ones.

also the pump of the aio is pretty important aswell. because of that i would recommend the cooler master eisberg prestige 240L which actually comes with some decent fans aswell.

for thermal compound the included one is fine most of the time. it doesnt make a huge difference most of the time

Agree with fractal fans and kraken.

And the paste should be:

Noctua NH-T1

Arctic Silver V

Arctic MX-4

Ok i really appreciate your ideas but in terms of HDDs we only have the two i mentioned above and a WD green, red and purple 6tb.

Now in terms of fans and thermal compound the ones i listed are the one available.

In terms of AIO besides the one i listed here are the other 280mm and 240mm AIOs we have

1-Zalman Reserator 3 MAX Dual Liquid CPU Cooler

2-Corsair Hydro Series H110i GT 280mm Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

3-Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

4-NZXT Kraken X61 280mm All-in-One Liquid Cooling System

5-Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme S CPU Cooler

6-Cooler Master Nepton 280L Liquid/Water CPU Cooler

7-Cooler Master Nepton 240M Liquid/Water CPU Cooler

8-LEPA LPWAC240-HF AquaChanger 240 Liquid CPU Cooler

So what should i get in terms of AIO, radiator fans, cas fans 120/140/200, thermal compound, and HDD.

Thanks a lot for your help

I was under the impression that bigger is better for AIO why not get a 360mm AIO

yeah but the pump and quality of the radiator are important too.

your radiator can be as big as it wants when your pump doesnt transfer the heat properly to it. you can leave the stock fans on and do a push pull.
