Pc wont boot

So I recently got some hyperx ram, installed it and then everything broke. Cant get the computer to boot not even showing case leds or fans.. Ive tried new mobo and psu, only thing else i can think of is the cpu thats dead.. Any help?

Try with 1 stick,  if it doesn't work with first, swap the second one

When you installed the new RAM was there power going to the MOBO? Also could the PC have been in sleep / Hibernate?

No I completely unplugged everything and installed it.

unlikely. CPUs don't randomly die like that unless you remove them or something. (and even then it's rare). have you tried all the steps listed on this page:

Also, as a random guess, make sure that the switch on your PSU is set to ON, or else there will be no power going to your computer. try making sure that the computer is connected to a working power outlet, and that all cables are secure

Can you put the old RAM in to test? While unlikely, I've seen 4X4 RAM all DOA.

I am using the old ram.

Have you tried jumping the mobo with a screwdriver? Front panel could have been knocked out

No, I have not. And I just jumped it and it worked.. I guess my front case panel got knocked out. Thanks for the help!
