Windows 10 eats up ram and resources when upgraded from 7, did you upgrade from 7/8 or have a clean install?

Have you checked your resources?

If you can just do a clean install, the upgrade is kinda buggy and heavy compared to an install. There are other threads and sites about transferring and preserving the windows activation key.

Well aside from installing 3rd part stuff just pop open task manager and look at the various task and over at cpu% and ram/memory usage you'll either see a particular hog or several lower processes that dont need to be running.

its good i think the task manager solution changes the speed a bit but will reinstalling windows 10 make a huge difference? i mean is it worth the trouble.

so so, if killing off unused background processes doesn't fix it for you, then I use ASC9 periodically for a generally sweep or cccleaner, other than that re-install is about it
