storage config.

TechyRicefarmer

Building a new PC soon want some advice on storage. I don't need that much space.

The configuration I want to go with is an ADATA Premier SP600NS34 M.2 2242 128GB SATA III SSD for the boot drive, and a Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 2.5" 240GB SATA III for mass storage. Later on I can buy a hard drive if I need to,but not right now.

If any one knows any good deals on an M.2 and sata SSD;let me know. I don't want used, and only from a good brand(Kingston,HyperX, ADATA,SAMSUNG...).

My MOBO is compatible with 2242/2260/2280/22110 size M.2 SSDs

just get one m.2 ssd and go with an SSHD for mass storage, two low capacity SSD drives that both use Sata III interface (even though M.2) is absolutely horrible. Also, use a PCI-E M.2 SSD, only one worth it for only boot drive if you wanted yet another Sata III SSD for mass storage (which both are exceedingly low capacity) Did you do any research?
