Programming noob

Go to solution Solved by Gachr,

You have lots of resources from Microsoft with its developer centre:

https://msdn.microsoft.com

You can also find built in tutorials with Visual Studio if I recall correctly.

Barnacules had few videos about C# programming called "Codegasm".

There is a C# video from Derek Banas, it's for more experienced audience, but a great source:

There is also a tutorial on tutorialspoint, but tuts on this website should be used with caution: http://www.tutorialspoint.com/csharp/index.htm

I've used codecademy. It has a lot of free languages that teach you most of the basics with advance, paid courses if you feel like its really helping.

Then I don't know any specifics, however if you google around you'll be able to find quite a few forums dedicated to coding. There's probably some videos on youtube.

I once explained to my girlfriend what true love is. I said, "If you were a shit, I'd put you back in" and to this day, she is still my little shit.

Hey guys,

I'm new to programming and I was looking for some pointers. I know basic Java (I took a semester course in high school where it was mostly console programming). Do you guys know any good resources I should check out for learning c#? Thanks!

Console programming would be programming for the gaming consoles or similar. What you've probably done is programs with command line interface (CLI).
