Windows loading loop after Windows updates [Solved]

So yesterday when i logged out of windows 8 on my second pc the screen went black, then dark blue, then black etc and i restarted my pc. I logged in and it said something with that i needed to restart to configure windows updates, i did it and then it started configuring some stuff, but then it said something like "Could't configure windows updates, Restoring old settings, please wait".

Then i had to shut down my pc over night and now when i start the computer it says "wait" and just loads. And every 10 minutes it says "restarting" and restart itself. And boots up to the same "wait" screen.

What can i do?

Also sorry for bad english.
