Should i get te x34 monitor or 3 27 inch monitor. what 27 inch is good?? gsync capable

 

and what could be a build for about 3000 us to 3500 us because i want to spend less so for the long ru i can upgrade in few years or should i wait till may or jne when new gpus come out and stuff.
