ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING RETAIL

Greetings. I am new to PC building so apologies in advance for my question.

I want to buy the above motherboard  (http://www.e-shop.gr/mitriki-asus-z170-pro-gaming-retail-p-PER.524409)  but I am not sure which RAM speed to pair it with. Can it hold all of the stated speeds? And do they need to be overclocked?

"4 x DIMM DDR4 3400(O.C.)/3333(O.C.)/3200(O.C.)/3100(O.C.)/3000(O.C.)/2933(O.C)/2800(O.C.)*/2666(O.C.)*/2400(O.C.)*/2133 MHz non-ECC, un-buffered memory"

Seek and you shall find.

the ones with (O.C.) beside it have to be manually overclocked

so it'll support 2133mhz without OC :3

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
