GPU to iGPU

I have a old system that I bought off someone for around $100 two years ago. It has a i3-2120 and a x1300 for the GPU. and looking at benchmarks, the iGPU on the i3 looks quite a bit better (even though it still sucks). is there anyway to disable the GPU and use just the iGPU?

Thanks in advance. also because I can't install Win7 drivers for the x1300, it only goes up to vista.

Well, you could just take out the discrete gpu.

Your motherboard should have a VGA output.

and so if i connect to the mb it should just start using the iGPU?

If it doesn't work, theres a few things you can try. But see if it works first.

it tells me that the iGPU is disabled. when I tried to boot with the VGA connected to the mb, it just went to a screen that told me to plug back into the GPU.

Go into your BIOS. There should be an option somewhere to enable it.

So I have my better monitor running with the iGPU and the other monitor running with the turd GPU.
