Davinci Resolve 12 Folder Bug

Whenever I open Davinci Resolve, it adds a folder to my desktop that is empty and undeletable. I dont know why. I use the free version of Resolve 12 and I have reinstalled several times without issue. The files themselves are just empty folders that have names like "sf8k." This is really driving me nuts so any help at all would be massively appreciated. Everything else in Resolve works great though?
