https://support.func.net/support/solutions/articles/4000045004-func-ms-3-and-ms-3²-settings-software-1-28 these presumably. never heard of them, but most mice i used usually have the keys working without software, with some default assignations, like web page back/forward etc. so dunno, could be a faulty mouse? never seen this manufacturer or used them.

I tried this. Is there any other way you could think of to fix the issue?

Contact the retailer to get it replaced.  ...or...

 

Contact Fanatic(Func) and tell them your story.  Sounds like the switches are failing.

 

I recently bought the MS-2, I really like it... well it is good and I got it for $35.

 

If you do go to the manufacturer for a replacement, you might want to contribute to this thread:

After you attempt to get it exchanged somehow, if all else fails:  You can open it up and try pressing the switch buttons manually.  Maybe something is off with the mouse buttons that you can fix.  If it is the switches, the fix is harder to do.

Also, the only thing working is the laser sensor. I mean, NOTHING works not even scroll.
