The AMD drivers have started crashing quite frequently, I get in multiple games such as CS:GO and Skyrim. I cant figure out a pattern, it can crash within 5 minutes or I can play for 2 hours without problem.

After 7 mins of FurMark the average temps are around 78-74

maybe try turning off all non-microsoft services in msconfig and try again

if it remains, maybe try a clean format of windows `-`

if it remains then RMA your card

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

I will try that first suggestion, else I will try to clean install windows, which will be a pain as I have multiple thing installed on it which will take ages to redownload :/

From a quick google search, I found a thread that recommends checking your PSU to see if it's providing adequate power.

Is the card factory OC'd? If so, you could try to underclock it or provide the card more power in MSI Afterburner or a similar program.

I have an EVGA 500B which is  80+ bronze, tier 3 on that list iirc and I haven't had a problem in nearly a year.

Interesting. No idea why it stopped working now, then. Do you live in an area with humid conditions/hot weather? If so, that could be a reason.

That list isn't the best. Realistically, the B series is on par with the CX psus, and those aren't good. I'd use the forums tier lists if I were you.

B2 is tier 3, B1, the one you have, is same tier as CX, which is tier 6.

Oh that list, haven't seen that before. XFX said that I should contact the reseller for an RMA so I will attempt that as a new PSU really isint going to be easy. Do you suggest anything around £50 or even less as I can't afford much right now.

It shouldn't last less than a year as I havent Oc'ed and dont leave my system running 24/7.
