Hey guys,

I just got a PC and I live in India where power goes out every 1-6 hours. So obviously my PC shuts down and that is no good. I was looking into buying a UPS but I got really confused really quickly. I read stuff like sine wave power supply stuff or whatever. I have an Antec 450W PSU and a Dell Monitor. I would like someone to suggest a reliable and inexpensive UPS Unit.  I am quite new to this stuff.

Thanks!

What components do you have in your system it will be able to give a more accurate value of what you need in terms of a UPS. For units themselves though both APC and Cyberpower make good backup units as long as they are available in India.
