bios update help

You can download the latest bios from here: http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/Z170-A/HelpDesk_Download/

Normally you would put the file on a flash drive and within your computer's BIOS there should be an option to flash it from the flash drive. There's always a risk of damaging something I suppose but it very rarely happens.
