Brow screen issue

I have an issue where my screen will go brown and freeze up. I have to do a hard reset to get it to work again. I had a computer once where it did this and i figured the GPU was going bad. This is a new and different system, and it has happened twice today. I have had this system less than 2 weeks. I have installed the latest drivers and have since taken out my GPU. I am currently working with my on-board graphics. I haven't had any issues, yet, but i just did it. Ill update if it happens on my on-board graphics as well. I have not done any overcolcking (I'm not even sure I can)

 

System Info:

Windos 10 64-bit

Intel Core i7-6700 @3.4Ghz

32Gb DDR4

Geforce GTX 745 w/ 4Gb GDDR3

It probably is the GPU. I think that because if your on-board graphics are working fine you more than likely have isolated the issue with your system.

 

If it has any warranty I would start the RMA process as quickly as possible. That stuff can be a pain.

UPDATE:: 

A Friend had me do a Clean install of the 362.00 driver. All is well so far.
