Didn't one of the Oculus consumer concepts already have 2 cameras built in?

 

Even so, having a way of wearing the HMD and also being able to see the surrounding is very helpful it seems.

$115 is just too expensive, its a good idea though but in addition to the rift cost...

so now you can see in hd all the time! great... should be included in the base rift which would reduce the price difference (mass(ish) production and all)
