Dying Light FPS

I love Dying Light but I see it's on sale on steam and I really want to buy it, but I only have a question.

(I would also like to mention I didn't know what category this topic would be in.)

 

My question is can I run Dying Light Smoothly, FPS and Graphics wise?

Here are my specs.

-GTX 960 2GB

-16GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM

-Intel Core i3-4130 @ 3.40Ghz

-1920x1080 60Hz Monitor 

 

I want to be sure before I buy a game because I'm not waiting a week to get my money back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Save your cash, get the Jack Sparrow edition.
