MSI 970 Reference Plastic

Does anyone own this particular 970? Link

How is the cooling performance? Can it OC as well as the many other custom 970s? Is it super loud?

There is next to no information about this GPU, I fear it will be like my friends 670 which was super loud and couldn't OC much at all.

As to why I am asking, this is what MSI replaced my GTX 780 Gaming Edition with..

I'd recommend the MSI 970 Twin Frozr edition.

In any case, I'd bet the Frozr's got better cooling than that blower style cooler
