Cpu cooler advice.

So im getting a new cpu cooler and id like to ask wich ones are good.

 

The hole is am3

 

I was thinking id get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

 

As its 50% off near me and fev of my friends recommended it.

The 212 Evo is great, it can even handle a light OC without any trouble.

 

I'd go for it.

While I'd usually advise to skip the 212 EVO and go for a Cryorig H7 or a beQuiet! Pure Rock instead, if you can get a decent deal on the EVO then go for it.

Agreed. Cheap, easy, and reliable. I had the 212 Plus a few years ago and was able to get a 2500k from 3.3 to 4.5ghz without any trouble.
