You know how you can create folders in Photoshop to clean/group things up,as far as I am aware the equivalent in after effect is pre composing

but when editing I can only see files pre composed when opened separately ,is it possible to like like have it like a folder in PS above a layer that behaves like any other layers but in a folder 

 

I hope somebody understand what I Mean

Are you talking about making a composition out of a composition that contains layers of videos, text, 3D elements, etc?  Yes, just select the composition that contains all those elements and make a new comp out of it.

 

I do that in Premiere and AE for the Opening and Ending sequences I use in the videos I edit. This way I don't have to go and change every individual OP/END. I just have to edit the master composition/sequence and it affects every other comp/seq that has those parts.
