If you want something like that then get the Fury X. It was literally made for situations like this.

Why? Boot drive as the really fast M.2 SSD and long term storage in the 1TB SSD.

Im not totally sure how to install it and it has a compatability issue with it, along with the cooler.

M.2 SSD > Slot into the slot. The compatibility issues are fine. The cooler fits because Linus had one and it fit and the SSD would just disable an eSATA port. Completely fine :P
