Yeah, I have an EVGA 780....that card should be blowing away frames.  I was just thinking though....he has a 144hz monitor, is the HDMI port on that card 1.4?  Or maybe it's the HDMI cable?

He's using a DVI cable, I hope.

Dude BF3 has a frame cap. Those cards running on those ugly settings hit that cap easily. I think even my dual 460s can hit the cap. Max out those setting bro.

the cap is at what... 200? He's getting about the same as a 770 would on low, which is around what.. 120 fps?  Something is wrong here.
