CSGO fps dips

Hello Everybody.

I'm about to start yet another topic that has been posted almost by everyone on the internet.

I'm experiencing major fps dips in csgo. We are talking bout going from 300 to 110, which casually drops down to about 40 and remains there.

I have tried about 90% of the fps fix / tweaking guides on youtube, steam community forums etc.

I have also tried dusting out my RAM and the RAM ports due to someone suggesting a memory leak. Still the same problem.

 

 

System Specs:

Intel i5-4460 3.2ghz

GeForce GTX 760 OEM (3gb) 192 bit GDDR5 card

8GB DDR3 Memory

1TB Storage (no ssd)

 

I have seen other people with the similar setups (4460 and gtx 760) running the game and about constant 260-320, and I cant figure out whats the problem in my case.
