i liked it better when it used to be free now you have to pay premium for more functionality so i dont use it

Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.

Oh God, don't get him started on Wolfram Alpha. It becomes a really bad habit. I had a bad case of Online Derivative Calculator addiction...

Or this might be a little ahead of you, but the quadratic equation isn't a bad idea. If you got a Ti-83 or later I can give you the coding for it.

I had it even worse. I just went straight to the free graphing program on http://www.padowan.dk/. I could just right click away and it'll give me the 1st, 2nd 3rd 4th 5th derivative...in retrospect, I really shouldn't have used it.

you have to factor it.

Dont forget about the 2 that you pull out.

I cant MSPaint it so hopefully I can type a step by step.

You have to multiply the A by the C then factor and you should get (x+6)(x-8)

Then you divide both 6 and 8 by the original A (2) and get (x+3)(x-4)

Then just set both equal to zero based on the equality and you should have a nice notation in the form of

-3 is < or = x is < or = 4

i have that i dont think they have anyother software besides the cas and 84

There's a normal graphing calculator version, then a CAS version.
