Generally speaking, it is best to look for a separate case and PSU, as most power supplies that are bundled with a case are garbage.

Can you provide your system specification? Also, is the $70 budget based on USD, CAD, AUD, etc currency?

I bet it's USD and if he only has $70 for both he can't get both separate. Even a cheap case is like $40 and a cheap psu that won't blow up is like $50-70

If it is indeed $70 USD, then something along the links of.

EVGA 500B for $34.99: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438012

SilverStone PS08B for $34.99: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163223

That would leave him at $69.98. While it is not the best PSU, it will be better than the PSUs that typically bundled with cases.

Link says the case is $5 shipping

It say free shipping for me. And I had put it into my shopping cart. Still free shipping.

What is going on..? Either way, there are other cases in the price range. And if doesn't mind refurbished, he could get the NZXT Source 210 for $29.99 + $2.99 shipping.

Edit: Well, that's interesting. Looked at it in another browser, and there was a $5.99 on the product listing now. Put it into the cart but it didn't charge me for shipping, and the "$5.99" on the listing just disappeared...And no, I'm not part of Newegg's premier.
