Ducky Availablity

Hey folks. That last couple weeks I've been doing some research into mechnical keyboards as a whole, but specifially tenkeyless ones. I have a logitech g110 and have had no issues with it, but really want to move into something a little higher end. The Tenkeyless layout is something I think works great for my situation. As a student I cant tell you how many times i've wished for more desk space for books/papers etc, this seems ideal for my situation, on top of the ergonomic benefit. The one board that really caught my eye was the Ducky Shine 3 TKL, in really any backlit color (blue or white is best though). Does anyone know if it is possible to even buy these boards anymore. I have looked everywhere online and cannot find any stock, to a scary extent. Are these boards not being sold anymore? And if they are, where the heck do I find one?

Any help or advice for where to go/look would be great. And I've also got a possible lead on a CM Quickfire Rapid-i for 55$, which I might get in the meantime while looking for the Ducky.

The Ducky Shine 3 is no longer being produced. You'd have to get a used one if that is what you really wanted.

You probably won't be getting a Shine 3 or 4. The new one is the Shine 5, but the "TKL Shine 5" doesn't use Cherry switches. I'm using an MX Brown Shine 5 right now and I love it.

I was afraid of that, thanks for the information @GlassBomb.  Is it basically just ebay/craigslist/kijiji or bust then? Or are there markets that sell used mechanical keyboards like this?

See if you're able to find the TKL version of the Ducky One. You might have a chance to find one of those. It's very similar to the Shine 3.
