Sometimes it has 3 lines

sometimes 1

and right now, none.

Have you tried it on a different pc? It might be the gpu.

If not, your GPU or monitor (or cable) is dying.

Interesting, there are few things that can cause it, rolling out your monitor that is.

• Faulty connector
• GPU problem

I have 3 monitors running on the same pc, this is one of them..

 

Does that rule out the possibility my gpu is bad?

Probably your monitor then. Try it with another computer.

I think i'll just wiggle the cable when it starts acting up again..
