Since it's a corsair case, I'm guessing yes, they'd want all standard cards to fit.

The gpu length for your 250D Mini ITX tower case is 11.42 inches while the gpu is 11.02 inches

Yes you will have 1cm of clearence judging from the specs. 28cm of strix for 29cm of space.
