if it is crashing you might want to consider increasing the voltage limit, also check your temps and make sure its not too hot.

increase voltage (not to exceed a safety level, not sure what it is for AMD but its normally 1.35v for intel skylake), while monitoring temp, make sure it doesnt get too high

 

if its still unstable

lower clock speed, your processor isnt going to go further

i had it pushed to around 1.4400V and it wasnt going higher than 50 degrees

your motherboard isnt that great for OC anyway, maybe its just not going to go higher
