This site is telling me to download a BIOS update which i cant not find on the gigabyte website. Should i download it???

Unless you are willing (even if its a 0.01% chance) to brick your motherboard, no you shouldnt.

Judging by the amount of comments, looks safe, I would download it if it was me. But since I have to be an upstanding forum member I'll just go with "better be safe than sorry".

With gigabyte boards, if you brick a BIOS It will reflash the other one.
