Earbuds under 100 USD

Here I am again. My budget has changed and I have 100 dollars USD to spend on ear buds. I do not want any IEM'S. AI am just going to use them only for music on my phone on the go and at school. I want a good amount of base, but not to much or all over the place. (Ahem, Beats.)

I have looked at the Bose Sportsound earbuds (http://www.amazon.com/Bose-SoundSport-in-ear-headphones-Charcoal/dp/B011IH5ZHG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1459733753&sr=8-1&keywords=bose+earbuds) But I heard that the base isn't all that good on them. I dont know what I should get! Thank you! I listen to rap and classic rock If that can help you guys help me out. lol. Thanks!

No IEMs huh, can't help you, i suspect there are little options and even less people with experience around

i was told IEM's don't deliver little to no bass. Is that true?

Well, i was told that bass depends not only on the driver but also on the seal, more seal, more bass gets trapped inside . So i cannot imagine how is that true, seeing that earbuds literally only cover over the earcanal like a toilet seat compared to iems that go deep inside
