Repeater for optic ?

So I got 2 20 feet cables with LC connectors but I need to match them together and I thought a repeater could do it but I can't find anything.

I think what your looking for is a coupler:

I got a question found this on Canadian and had the same pic in your link.

 

It says female but show the white connectors?

That looks to be right if I remember correctly those are just temporary plugs to protect the coupler inside and you remove them when installing the two ends.
