if you use compression fitting or some sort of fittings at all then you shouldn't be concerned about it

i would not allow the tubing to be rigidly supported (other than using a rubber mounted retainer to absorb vibrations - especially if mounted to pump) to avoid chaffing of the tube and eventually stress/make a hole in the tubing, when no easily accessed/visual.
