My laptop(msi) when I play Blade and soul its get up toooooo 96C but when I use fan boost, cooling pads, turn the game to 720p and plug my onto my tv and turn the screen off its go back to 85-90C so didnt help much (cant not reapply the thermal paste cos of warrenty and just clean the fan) 

 

 

So any recommendation would be really helpful thank right now I open 5 tabs 43-45

You've already done what you can for laptops. Lower graphics settings. Its laptop, you really can't do miracles with it.
