Hey!
I'm gonna start off by saying, this is my first ever build. It has pretty expensive components which probably was stupid for a first time builder.
I understand that all of you guys are much more experienced and has more knowledge than me, hence why I'm turning to you.

My CPU is a Intel i7-6700k @ 4 Ghz, but it won't put out more than 800 Mhz atm... (?)
My RAM is 16 Gb Corsair Vengence LPX @ 2400 Mhz, but it won't reach more than 800 Mhz as well... (?)
My GPU is MSI GTX 980 Ti @ 6 Gb, and it clock speeds on core and memory is only at 405 Mhz each... (?)

Is there something that could be causing these issues or did I just massivly screw somthing up?
I'm genuinly concerned, since I spent alot of money on this build and would love some help.

Please try and stay away from mocking me for my ignorance and instead try to tell me in novice terms what I can do to fix this.
I know you guys know, and I know you are the best.

Cheers,
Karl - A stressed out guy from Sweden.

EDIT: I have an MSI Z170A Gaming M7 MOBO, is there anything I should do in my BIOS? Or am I missing drivers?

CPUs and GPUs run at low clock speeds when not in heavy use, compress a file and it'll go up for the CPU.

My Build: Night Fury | i5-6600k @ 4.5Ghz | R9 390 | 850 EVO 250GB | 1TB Seagate | H230 Black

Your RAM frequency is 2400. CPU and GPU are idling and thats why you see those numbers, put some load on it and see if they change.

I ran Heaven Benchmark and was only getting about avg 50 FPS, which is really low for a 980 Ti. Usually people get around 90-100 with this card. Is there something bottlenecking it? And during CPU stress tests it only performes about 20% of other 6700k.

heaven has settings, you are probably using a higher setting than other people and some games don't use 100% cpu (if there were you should upgrade your cpu because the GPU should be the limiting factor in your pc)

Yes, the clock speed of the 980Ti is also running low. And I'm obviously using maxed out settings in Heaven, which the people I watched also were doing. Maxed out it should run at 90-100 FPS. But I'm basicly just getting half of that. It's like all components are stuck in idle mode.

can you show use some pictures?

and the graphs from msi afterburner when running the tests?
