Fan splitter

FreakyNinjaNL

I bought two Corsair AF120 quiet edition fans to go in the front of my NZXT S340. But they are loud as hell and i want to decrease the speed. I tried going in my bios but there i can only change the speed of system fan 1, but my fans are connected to system fan 1, 2, 3, and cpu fan 2. So i thought about a fan splitter. if i connect this fan splitter: https://azerty.nl/0-1167-601800/gelid-solutions-pwm-1-to-4-splitter-splitskabel-voor-ventilatorstroom.html to system fan 1, will i be able to control all the fans in my system when i change the speed of system fan 1? Thanks for the help.

I have the same splitter, all the fans will run at the same rpm, you can't control them individually

You have all of your fans connected to your motherboard headers right? Also you cannot have 3 pin fans connected to a 4 pin header otherwise you cannot control your fan speed.

Yeah i have all of them connected to my motherboard. they are all 3 pin fans. i can't control the fans that are connected to 3 pin headers. system fan 1 is the only system fan header that is 4 pin. can is still connect my 3 pin fans to that fan splitter?

Ok well you could try plugging different fans into the fan header that allows you to control the fan speed.

But then i will still be able to control only 1 fan and i want to control all of them. I think that fan splitter is gonna work.
