PSU Troubles

So I have this PSU

 

With a modded wiring harness (replaced the weird 3 rail cpu connector with a single rail cpu connector and a couple pcie 6+2 pins)

 

And it works fine on the motherboard from the classis GMod Dell PC, but not on my testbench. However, I have another PSU that works fine on both. So the testbench works and the dell server PSU works, just not together.

 

When I power on the testbench (HP WX 4600 motherboard), it pretty much instantly turns back off and gives me a beep code of two beeps then a pause, repeat. Wondering if this board is rejecting something from the PSU?

Google the model of your motherboard and what the beep codes mean. There should be a manual online for that specific mobo, beep codes mean different things depending on the model.

HP went full retard and made the stock PSU slightly different so replacing it with a non standard part doesnt work.
