What is this in taskmanager?

I opened taskmanager to see my wireless adapter has some weird graph thing on it, never used to be like this but it is now for some reason. I didn't install any software or anything just been watching YouTube videos all day so idk if this is a new feature from some update or what. Doesn't seem to do anything and I can draw boxes on it for some reason.

UPDATE: I reopened taskmanager and it's gone now... weird.
