Hello guys,

So i bought myself a usb steelseries siberia 150 headset. When i plugged it in the drivers installed automaticly so i didn't have to do anything, but after i turned on music/youtube/twitch it started to crash/cuttout. At the begining i thought i was a problem with the headset so i returned it to the shop and they gave me a replacement. So i come back to my place plug them in they still are crashing/cuttingout. Started googling how could i fix it, but no luck. After ~1-2hours the headset started working Ok-ish but after ~4-5 hours it would crash and start like it didn't happen. So in my head i was like "I can deal with this" .. few hours passed i figured out i should play some CS:Go with my mates. Started the game, and the headset started to crash non stop, soo currently i'm in a loss and frustrated, I don't have any ideas what might be happening to them and how can i fix it... I just have 1 theory that my headset isn't getting enough power from my laptop...

Finally i'm writing here, maybe someone has had a problem like this and might know how to fix it,

Thank you guys in advance for your suggestions. <3

see if you can install newer drivers on the steelseries site. It might be those that are causing problems.

(I am really not sure though, when these things happen its just a matter of trying different solutions)
