Boot Issues

When ever I plug my 2nd harddrive in my Pc goes to a screen saying irog1 updating and then rebooots and does the same thing. Do i need to set up a raid for my 2 drives or what am i doing wrong. i also cannot get into BIOS with the two unless i un-plug the one without the os and then go to BIOS, plug it in and reset the bios. just need help getting to be able to turn on my pc without all the hassle. Can try to give as much info as possible if required,

*Update* flashed to the latest BIOS from asus. What now?

It depends on the motherboard you're using. Try googling your specific motherboard for BIOS updates. Usually, in the BIOS download page, you can find the instructions on how to flash the BIOS.
