Gaming Problem!

Hello,

 

I don't know why, how or what ....... but something is blocking my games from accessing my GPU.

 

Whenever I run any game and load it, the graphics freezes! And I'm forced to open Task Manager and close the game, later I get TWO notifications something like this-

 

Notification 1 - " Intel(R) HD Graphics Family stopped working and was recovered"

 

Notification 2 - "<GAME>.exe was blocked from accessing Intel(R) HD Graphics Family"

 

I have a Radeon 8670M but I don't know why I keep seeing the Intel HD in the notifications.

 

OS- Windows 10 

All drivers up to date

 

Please Help Me!

are ye using yer gpu or igpu as yer primary gpu? (where is it plugged in?)

I'm sorry, can you tell me how to check which is my primary GPU?

The same games worked fine yesterday 

This is a laptop and I ONLY run games when it is plugged in

It seems that maybe windows has switched yer gpu or a driver has died.

Microsoft customer care disabled all these when they took remote control to fix this issue - http://bit.ly/22U5LlO

oh wow...  why did you let them take remote control... they have no idea what they're doing

I let them take remote control cause I couldn't solve it myself and even people at LTT couldn't!

Anyways I'm enabling all of them and testing it now .....
