gaming keyboard cooler master devastator

So I recently purchased  cooler master devastator combo so last day I was playing Tom Clancy's the division Nd I saw that while I was holding (W key)@ walking,running nd I pressed (Q key) one of my skill in game won't deploy or Pc won't recognize Q key while I was holding W I was able to Press E Key but not the Q key.Before I was using a cheep 10$ Microsoft multimedia keyboard this Problem won't ooccur in that keyboard I was able to Press Q while holding W. So is it the keyboard or connection type because my Microsoft keyboard has a ps/2 connector Nd cooler master has a usb connector or is there something to do with usb connector or my motherboard Intel Dh55pj 1st gen or any usb female to ps/2 adapter would solve the problem.thanks in advance
