finding out an AMD gpu

i can't find out what this amd gpu is, it came from an z400 but cpu-z or AMD driver autodetect couldn't tell me what the gpu is

is it a dedicated GPU or integrated- if integrated what CPU/APU do you have

it  dedicated  and W3503 Xeon

Have you tried GPU-Z?
