Windows 10 activation problems plz help

there is a watermark in the bottom right of my screen that says activate windows in settings, but when i go to setting to activate windows all of the options are grayed out. please help this water mark is super anoying,

 

also an update is stuck at 55% for the past 2 days.

Do you have there number, I keep getting a third party support

Can't you click those buttons? That's what they look like on mine and they work.

I got into a ms support chat thing and they gave me a new key
