RMA for Unstability?

So my GPU is a MSI 390x LE, yes its a light edition. So the core has so problems hitting clocks above 1000Mhz.

The thing is, even at 900mhz my gpu is hitting 95C which IS A PROBLEM. No no its not airflow. I've got an exhaust fan JUST FOR THE GPU.

Could I RMA this, or should I just deal with the crap GPU MSI sent me?

RMA, and ask them if this is normal, if they say no you can RMA ofc, and if they say that it is normal than they made a really shitty product and you should let us know

Deffinitely RMA or check fan profile

An exhaust fan just for the GPU? If you're going to have a fan dedicated for the GPU, you'd likely want it as intake to provide more air to the GPU.

Try to flip the fan to intake for fresh air, and isn't the stock speed 1050Mhz?

1 - you want 2 intakes and 1 exhaust to be able to call your airflow good
2 - check fans
3 - use DDU and install 16.3.2
4 - RMA if that doesn't fix it

ive got 12 intake and 4 exaust in my pc

well more of 8 exhaust, as I've got push pull on my radiator. The stock clock for a 390x from MSI is 1100mhz
