Slow 4690k

So here's the story. I got a new full case, moved my mobo, asrock z97 anniversary with Intel 4690k.

I also installed a Kraken G10+ Krakeb x31 on a MSI 7970 LIGHTNING OC edition.

I started the PC and ran furmark. Within 3 seconds the whole rig shutdown.

I reboot and found that the cooler was not doing its job. At idle for was at 34c and going on the internet I got 70c.  I turned the right off and went to bed. This morning I booted up and it took 12-15 minutes to get the Windows 10 login screen.

I then took out the GPU, the raid drives. So it was just the CPU and MoBo running. Still had the issue.

Could the hot GPU ruin my MoBo?  CPU?

Slow boot times are usually at fault of the boot drive.

What drives are you using in RAID?

are you sure your cpu cooler is operating/mounted properly? (as in, pump running if watercooler)

The raid 0, 3 HHD not SSD, are my secondary. My OS drive is a Seagate HHD, not SSD.

 I didn't take the CPU cooler off the MoBo when I change cases. And it ran beautiful before the GPU overheat.
