Need a New Display

So my friend needs a new display. It needs to have at least two inputs that can carry audio HDMI or Display port, she has an R9 270X and a PS3, and needs to be Full HD 1080p.

Preferablly 30 inches or bigger. Her budget is £100 to £200.

Either, as long as it's pretty decent quality. I'm leaning more towards monitor fot their higher refresh rates and likely better panels.
