Weird situation

Ok so I havee posted earlier about my motherbaord not posting and its just stays in an on and off loop and I tried everything but now I have figured out if I keep the CMOS jumped it will turn on but no display and the switchessential yellow light blink and the speaker makes a faded sound like a bump I can't tell can there be something wrong with the mother board?
