Helo! I have 2 plan here but I don't know which one should I choose...I need a PC that can do many things, such as: Gaming, Video Rendering, Gaming Server, and for some working...I scare an i7-5820K is too much for me but an i7-4790k is not enough...

The 5820k I think would last longer than the first one with the 4790k. I would choose the 2nd one but the GPU would seem like a bottleneck for that 5820k.

People are always afraid to go Xeon. This is also a really solid processor and this build will save you enough to pick up another monitor or some other peripherals if you need those updated as well.
