Hello i have an External HDD 2.5" that works fine on other PCs but recently it won't show in "My computer" window, though it is recognized as a device in the USB icon on notifications section.

All begun like this, while was searching the options on my ASUS Motherboard AI Suite i saw the "USB 3.0 boost" and i did a boost on this External Drive but after this i have this problem i tried uninstall it and re-install it and "Device Troubleshooting" all it does is to recognize a problem with the device but cannot solve it with the message "Hardware changes might not have been detected", also it doesn't show as a drive in "Disk Management". Oh i forgot to mention that i tried to put out the drive of it's external case and plugged it directly in my PC with SATA cables but it will is not even recognized by the bios or the windows. Is there anything else i can do?

MY PC build is right below

MB: ASUS H-97 PRO GAMER
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K 3.5GHz
RAM: 8GB (double channel)
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R7 360
OS:
Windows 7 x64
